  • The Money Back Guarantee can be availed only once per customer.

How to Request a Refund

Customers must submit a refund request within 7 days from the date of delivery by contacting our customer support team via email and providing the following details:

  • Order ID or Invoice Number;
  • Registered Name and Contact Number;
  • Reason for dissatisfaction with the product.

Refund Process

Upon review and approval of the request:

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working daysfrom the date of approval.

Exclusions

The Money Back Guarantee shall not apply in the following situations:

  • Requests submitted after the 7-day claim period;
  • Repeat claims by the same customer;
  • Products not covered under the Money Back Guarantee program;
  • Orders placed through unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces;
  • Claims involving misuse, abuse, intentional damage, or fraudulent activities.

Right to Refuse

OG99 Healthcare reserves the right to investigate and reject any refund request that appears to involve repeated misuse, suspicious activity, false claims, or abuse of this policy.

Policy Updates

OG99 Healthcare reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this Money Back Guarantee program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect approved claims already under review.
